We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and at least 80% full. Opened items can also be returned — we stand behind our quality.

Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

Our formulas are engineered to last 12–24 hours on skin. Longevity varies based on skin type, humidity, and application. Applying to pulse points (wrists, neck, behind ears) maximizes longevity. On clothing, our fragrances can last 2–3 days.
