• Domestic (Georgia): Express Shipping (3-5 business days). Shipped free on all orders.
• Expedited Shipping: Not available for fragrances due to FAA regulations.
• International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any border customs, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. Shipping takes roughly 10-15 business days.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email within 24–48 hours.

We craft our fragrances with the finest botanical ingredients and stand behind the quality of every bottle. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Due to hygiene and tampering protocols, we can only accept returns of fragrances if the bottle has been sprayed fewer than 5 times. Discovery sets and sample vials are strictly non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number. A return label will be provided, and a ₾20 restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund.
